The compensation and incentive plan is evaluated and approved by the Board of Regents. The Board of Regents reviews the salary ranges and recommends salary increases for the President, based upon the Board of Regents' evaluation of job performance and experience level of the individual. The Board of Regents sets a range for the performance incentive plan and further discusses these incentive goals with the President. Part I, Line 4b: Wendy Wintersteen, Truestee is eligible to participate in non-qualified deferred compensation plans. This plan complies with Section 457(f) of the Internal Revenue Code.
