We realize that the strength of our city is found in the neighborhoods. With this as the foundation for our work, we have embarked on an effort to 'regreen' the city... one tree at at time. Our work is primarily carried out in low-income neighborhood and engages residents who are the most at risk for the negative impacts of global climate change at the local level. Covid-19 severely impacted our operations in 2020 and 2021, and as such we were faced with nearly insurmountable issues related to keeping our doors open and surviving as a non-profit organization. As such, many clerical, correspondence, and office related activities were put on hold until recently. We are now trying to catch up on these tasks, including the filing of this Form 990-EZ.
