Any person who meets those two qualifications may volunteer to serve on the INSAF Board. The INSAF constitution provides for the ability to recall a Board Member. If there are more volunteers than positions on the Board, INSAF members have a right vote for the candidate(s) of their choice. The tax return was finalized after incorporating any comments from the INSAF Board Members. 6. The final tax return was signed by the INSAF President and filed with the IRS.
