A review is performed at least annually. In addition, auditors and examiners review accounts held by the aforementioned persons. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15 Annually, the Board of Directors reviews salary surveys of similar sized institutions and sets the salary of the Chief Executive Officer according to that and how Idaho Central is performing. The Chief Executive Officer sets the salary of all other employees of the Credit Union. Each employee received an annual salary review.
