Marching Band Designers and Instructors - $177,398; Winter Ensemble Designers and Instructors - $115,799; Private Lesson Tutors - $165,083. The 2018 Form 990 for the Carmel High School Band Booster is being filed late due primarily to the COVID 19 outbreak. The Form 990 was originally due on September 15, 2019 (fiscal year ended April 30, 2019). An automatic 6 month extension was requested and granted, pushing the due date back to March 15, 2020. With the outbreak of COVID 19 and the adverse impact that if had on the day to day operation of the organization the extended due date was missed. Now that the organization has returned to some degree of normalcy, we intend to file the 2018 and 2019 Form 990 this week.
