Form 990, Part VII and Part IX, line 5 Officer Compensation The related organization, Telluride Hospital District (THD), compensates the Executive Director for her wages. On the consolidated audited financials the Foundation records this as donated in-kind services from THD, as well as records a salary expense. The Foundation physically reimburses only a small portion of the Executive Directors compensation, with the remaining being considered donated in-kind services. The in-kind services has not been captured in the Form 990 revenue or expenses.
