In our Farmers Market Program each participant is given 12 weeks of locally grown fresh food. Each week offers a variety of seasonal vegetables and fruits at a $30 per week value. In addition our registered dietitian gives out recipes and nutritional information that will hopefully help clients to alter their food choices.
