We added two new NGO partners, Udayan Care and Sevalaya, in addition to Catalysts for Social Action (CSA), our original partner on the ground. Having three partners helps us scale both in numbers and in geography. A total of 278 youth in six states across India were enrolled into the program at the end of the year, 22 youth had completed the training and 15 were placed into jobs. We also added a Digital Outreach component to the program which allowed the youth to improve their marketability by learning spoken English over a smartphone.
