Officers are authorozed by the membership to conduct business but must report and get approval through the membership expenditures other than emergency items. Part X Line 2: Change in investment balance was due to investment in our building. The building has been maintained but updates and refreshments have been neglected for a very long time. Principle was used for remodeling as rents in recent years have reduced to a point the building could not sustain itself and our lodge. Part VI Line 1a the entire membership votes to all issues of the lodge.
