These modules will be free and available around the clock through an easy-to-use website. Together the modules will provide a comprehensive baseline for trauma-informed care that can be augmented by additional trainings provided by the Organization and others. OTHER PROGRAM SERVICES 7: Underserved Populations Training Project (UP) (funded by Cal OES) - The UP Project provides training and technical assistance to victim service providers throughout California in order to increase their ability to effectively serve underserved victims of crime in the four identified population groups: Victims with disabilities, Male victims, LGBTQ victims, and Foster youth victims. Tax forms are completed based on approved fiscal records by the Executive Director and financial services consultant. Tax forms are then reviewed by the Treasurer and one other Board Member prior to submittal. From time to time, as necessary, the Board also designates a Fiscal Subcommittee to oversee audits required by funding agencies.
