The Executive Committee provides review on behalf of the full board. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c The organization has a formal conflict of interest policy that requires an annual update from its Board of Trustees members and employees. The employees are required to complete a web based conflict of interest training prior to completing the form. The policy requires reporting of existing or potential conflicts to the Office of the General Counsel. Potential and actual conflicts are discussed between the employee's immediate supervisor and a representative from the Office of the General Counsel. A conflict of interest committee hears complaints and provides advice in cases where conflicts can be resolved. Potential or actual conflicts that are identified by the Board of Trustee members are reviewed by the Board.
