Form 990, Part VI, Line 15a: Compensation Review & Approval Process - CEO, Top Management The Board reviews comparability data for compensation and other factors to determine the compensation of the President/CEO, as well as the compensation approach used by the organization overall. The independent Directors vote to approve such compensation. The supporting data, deliberation, and vote is recorded in Board minutes.
