However we pivoted by offering a number of programs in a virtual format using Zoom YouTube and Facebook platforms. Many of these programs directly addressed the unprecedented challenges facing the arts community due to Covid. Inclusivity is a core value and a component of our mission. Due to the cultural inequities revealed by the events of 2020 we doubled down on initiatives that support DEI Diversity Equity and Inclusion. Part VI, Line 11a Part VI Sec. The Board can ask questions in advance of or at the board meeting where the Form 990 was approved. On September 14 2021 the Board of Directors discussed the Draft Form 990 and unanimously approved it to be filed with one minor change. Part VI, Line 12c Part VI Sec. B Line 12C: The board of directors is required to annually review our conflict of interest policy and sign an acknowledgment. Our Executive Director reviews every transaction and would be aware of any violations to the policy. In addition our board of directors provides oversight of the Executive Director.
