Together Center is an innovative nonprofit organization that launched its Eastside Human Services campus in 1990 to meet the multiple needs of clients, overcome transportation barriers, and provide the community with a large service mix in one location. Our three-building campus is leased to 22 health, housing and human services organizations expert in developing self-sufficiency and the provision of new housing, food, emergency shelter, medical and dental care, counseling, childcare resources, support for the disabled, mental health services, and much more.
