Natalie has been able to counsel 22 individuals with over 6,445 minutes. With COVID, Natalie did an amazing job at getting the proper systems in place to counsel virtually COVID was an added stress to the lives of people that have been affected by previous natural disasters, so the counseling program is an amazing asset. In regards of Home Repair, we have spent $1,996,564. We completed 90 homes, utilizing 117 volunteers. This year was our 3rd year of working on homes damaged by Hurricane Harvey and the overall project count in that 3 year period was beyond 800 projects well done DR team. 144601 Mercy Goods (Social Enterprise) We had our official ribbon cutting in early September, with over 250 people in attendance. Our connection with the local high school allows a flow of communication about teenagers that are at-risk of dropping out. Mercy Goods exists to create employment, job-training and mentorship for at-risk youth. During this fiscal year, we sold $50,890 worth of goods, serving 510 customers, selling 1,697 items. Once COVID hit, Zach and the team stopped production of goods and began to serve the community, meeting their immediate needs either through food distribution at the high school or working to supply goods needed for teen moms via Young Lives. 1534931 Location Services - We are a global organization that serves locally, adopting pockets of poverty and launching what we call 'friends locations'. These communities are long term commitments that require mutual relationhsips and collaborative efforts with loacl organizations, churches, residents, and stakeholders committed to commuity transformation.
