This program currently employs more than 50 Nicaraguans who run a holistic residential program for at-risk girls (includes meals, housing, education, counseling, discipleship, and healthcare), a scholarship program, a boys discipleship program for children in local communities, a community development program in partnership with local churches all around Managua, and a pregnancy-prevention training program taught in local schools. FEI also operates a home-building and block-making business in Oaxaca called Operation Enduring Homes, that builds homes for the materially poor, and provides jobs for local families.
