These site-specific Career Pathways are based not only upon training and work experience Corpsmembers may receive from the program, but also helping Corpsmembers to network with potential employers in their prospective Career Field. The Career Pathways are hosted at SFCC/John Muir Charter School. Management and the board monitor compliance with this policy by periodic certifications. This self-assessment is provided to a designated member of the board, who in turn consults with a subgroup of the board. That subgroup will prepare an evaluation of the Executive Director which is then reviewed with the board as a whole, seeking input from all members. A discussion is then held on evaluative points and salary recommendations, which includes consideration of SFCC's budget and finances. A designated member of the board will then meet with the Executive Director and communicate summary points and goals for the following year.
