Part X, Line 2: Management has evaluated the Nursery's tax positions and the Nursery does not expect that unrecognized tax benefits and liabilities arising from tax positions will change significantly within the next 12 month. The Nursery is currently open to audit under the statute of limitations by the Internal Revenue Service and state taxing authorities for three years following of the filing of the return. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 11b The finance committee and the executive director will review the form 990 prior to filing. A copy will be provided to the full board of directors prior to filing. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 12c Conflict of interest policy is reviewed once per year at the annual meeting. Potential conflicts during the year involving directors and employees are evaluated as they arise. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 15a The board of directors conducted a salary survey before hiring the current executive director. The executive director, in collaboration with the personnel committee conducts an annual salary survey and presents findings to the personnel committee. Form 990, Part VI, Section C, line 19 The Nursery makes all IRS filings available upon request. Form 990, Part XII, Line 2c: The oversight of the audit has not changed in the last year.
