Our mission is to offer safe and affordable medication to Minnesotans in need, provide continuity of care and reduce waste by redistributing unused medications. 0 0 444478 551725 RoundtableRx is a licensed wholesale pharmacy with the Minnesota Board of Pharmacy. The organization functions as the sole state-created medication repository. It is operated by a licensed pharmacist and supported by a team of volunteer pharmacist pharmacy interns and other skilled volunteers. The program receives surplus medication from long-term care entities, and the public then inspects inventories and redistributes them to dispensing clinics and pharmacy partners fur under-resourced Minnesota patients. The program reduces the amount of medication disposed creating a positive environmental impact. The program started in the second half of 2020, building its infrastructure, and developing its business operations, governance and finances.
