Each year the organization has solicited support by contacting the general public by sending letters to each person who lives in and around the community of Archbold and contacting local businesses for support. The organization has met the 331/3 support test every year except for the years ended June 30, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022. Part II Section C Line 17a The support for the past two years has been 22.60 and 18.81 respectively. The governing board consists of 12 people of various ages from the Archbold community who represent the various types of business, nonprofit organizations and general public. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c During the first meeting of the newly appointed board, the board president goes over the conflict of interest policy and asks all board members if there are any actvities they are involved in that could give rise to conflicts. The board members are then instructed that throughout the year any activity that they become involved in that could give rise to conflicts are to be communicated to the president and the president will make sure the board is informed about any possible conflict.
