Lynch was paid $3,000 per month for the use of his apartment in Manhattan in lieu of payment of hotel expenses. These payments were a part of his written employment contract. Part I, Lines 4a-b Robert Lynch, President and CEO of AFTA until May 2021, was the beneficiary of contributions to a 457(f) non-qualified retirement plan. His separation agreement was activated upon his departure. Under the terms of the agreement, AFTA was obligated to pay $1,232,172, less applicable payroll tax and withholdings, in 2021. Further payments are required in 2022 under the agreement terms. In addition, Mr. Lynch will continue to receive premium payments on disability insurance through 2022.
