There shall be two classes of members of the Corporation: regular members and special members. Regular members of the Corporation shall consist of the following Planned Parenthood affiliates, who are referred to as "Members" in these Bylaws: Planned Parenthood of Columbia Willamette and Planned Parenthood of the Great Northwest and the Hawaiian Islands.Only regular members shall be considered "members" for purposes of the Washington Nonprofit Corporation Act.Special members shall include all individuals who: (1) pay annual dues in an amount established by vote of the Board of Directors; and (2) do not qualify as Members.
