Employees at the agency are also required to review and sign yearly as well. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15a/15b To determine pay rate increases the executive board meets and reviews the data and budget of the agency along with the other comparable jobs in the industry. From this data they determine the appropriate pay increases for all employees of the agency. The increases are then voted on by the baord and documented in the board minutes.
