On June 4, 2013, the Organization acquired a property to build a new community facility to include classrooms, a multi-use hall, daytime nursery, gallery space for exhibitions, rooftop play area, bookstore, library and conference rooms. The new three-story community center, was built at 670 92nd Street in the Bay Ridge area of Brooklyn, NY and houses educational and cultural programs important to the Greek-American community. The Organization completed the first phase of the project during 2015 including design and development, and approval from the New York City Board of Standards and Appeal for the zoning, massing, and architectural design of the proposed new structure. Construction on the facility began in 2018. During 2021 and 2020, the Organization expended a total of $78,968 and $1,903,206, respectively, for the various remaining construction work. The project was completed in 2021.
