Part III, Line 30 | Explanation:| In addition to matters specific to the Venice Canals the VCA represents its members and keeps them informed concerning important issues and developments happening in the surrounding community as well as safety and security matters. The VCA also strives to build and foster community spirit and an appreciation of the historic Canals by organizing and hosting various annual Canal events which are open to the public. Events held in 2021 consisted of three row-in movie nights on the Canals two music parades around the Canals and the Holiday Boat Parade
