Management has evaluated the Center's tax positions and concluded that the Center's financial statements do not include uncertain tax positions. No tax expense is recorded in the financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2021, as there are no significant unrelated business activities. Pt VI, Line 12c The board reviews the conflict of interest policy annually, and each board member signs an annual statement agreeing to comply with the policy.
