Scholarships are based upon a student's merit and contain certain criteria the student must meet to retain the scholarhip. Scholarships are monitored by the Board of Directors. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 11b The current Treasurer of the Board of Directors and the President/Head of School of the Academy will review the Form 990. The Form 990 will be made available at the next regularly scheduled Board of Director's meeting. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 12c All Board members are required to sign the confilict of interest policy and disclose any item that may give rise to a conflict. Any item is reviewed and discussed by the remaining Board members. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 15a Ad Ad Hoc compensation committee forms tri-annually to obtain compensation data from ACSI and comparable schools. The committee votes to set compensation from information obtained and internal operational goals. All decisions are documented in the minutes.
