The income of the Ernest Bel Fay Memorial Building Fund is to be used for the acquisition, replacement, improvement or maintenance of the real property and improvements of the Center. The income of the C.G. Jung Educational Center Endowment Fund is to be used for the general purposes of the Center. The On-line Education endowment and the Lecture Endowment. The principal of either of these funds can be invaded only in the case of an emergency or unanticipated event occurs which jeopardizes the continuing operation or safety of the building with a 2/3 vote of the Board of Trustees. The Center also has a permanent endowment, the Alma Owen Lloyd Memorial Scholarship Fund, the income of which is to be used for providing scholarships to Jung Center courses or programs to those who demonstrate a financial need. Jung Educational Center admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs and activities generally made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admission policies, scholarship programs and other school administered programs. The Center publishes the non-discriminatory policy on the website at www.junghouston.org and in the program guides which are published 3 times a year.
