Unused funds are rolled over and used the following semester. Comparisons are made each semester to see that the accounts are accurate.*Austin Independent School District - The Organization sent instructions to each school librarian on how to process the book orders. Each librarian opened the book orders, processed and cataloged each book, and put an ALA sticker on the inside of each book. The librarians kept the shipping order and notified the Organization when the books arrived. The Organization checked each delivery notification and contacted any non responsive librarians to ensure receipt of book orders.
