They showed us how to plan and execute social media strategies, monthly mailings, and graphic design projects. EPIC helped build our current website to house all key ministry needs. Gathering our content and visually and functionally laying out the giving process throughout our website to create a better donor experience, to encourage viewer-to-donor relationship conversion. They also helped build a functional website that could load and present media properly, as our past website had issues. They helped create and develop an email/blast strategy that allowed us to track and understand our donors and their interests. They increased our open rate with planned strategic campaigns.
