Beyer Blinder Belle continued to advance the Design Efforts for the restoration of the Memorial Fountain and addition of a memorial wall. Subcontractors in disciplines including landscape design, civil engineering, structural engineering, mechanical, electrical and plumbing, conversation, lighting and geotechnical engineering all worked under BBB. Work occurring in 2021 included three phases of the project; completion of Phase 1 - Existing Conditions Verification; Phase 2 - Design Concept Pricing; and Phase 3 - Preparation of Construction Documents. In May 2021, the design efforts received additional design guidelines and concepts from the Commission of Fine Arts.
