The Board may have up to two ex-officio members not subject to election by the Board: (i) the Medical Director shall serve on the Board for so long as they hold that office and (ii) the immediate past President, if not otherwise a member of the Board, shall have the right to serve on the Board (subject to removal) for one year following the completion of their term as President. Ex officio members will have full voting rights and responsibilities.5. Term of office for each director changed from may serve consecutive terms without limit to "for a maximum of 6 consecutive years", 6.
