Votes are made to approve or deny issues brought to the board of directors. Part VI, Line 11b At prior board meetings it is discussed that during a mid year review of our progress we decide and agree to distribute a copy of the financial information to the board. At the end of the year filing we review the financials and coordinate the dates of completion of the 990 and then provide a copy of the completed filing to the board of directors. If they feel it is not necessary we inform them that the return will be posted on the IRS.gov website for future reference. Part VI, Line 15 During the board meeting compensation is discussed regarding each position that will be utilized to operate the organization. Compensation is reviewed and compared to the current market salary for that position and is based on the revenue we received and if it is possible to support the payment of officers or employees. If approved by the board we will solicit for employment and offer a rate comparable to the market. At this time no officers are compensated for services performed. Part IX, Line 11g Organization donated monetarily to citizens in the community who requested rental assistance utility and gastransportation assistance food grocery purchase assistance clothing assistance and general support to purchase items from local stores such as Family Dollar Dollar General or Dollar Tree.
