The corporation has assessed that there are no activities unrelated to its purpose and therefore, no tax is to be recognized. it is the policy of the corporation to include in operating expenses penalties and interest assessed by income taxing authorities. There are no penalties or interest from taxing authorities inluded in operating expenses for the year ended June 30, 2021.
