Last year, this program worked with over 7,000 low income, public and affordable housing sites and served nearly 500,000 low income residents. These residents received nearly 2,000,0000 services related to health, education, employment, financial asset building, civic, and other human services and resources that keep them healthy, safe, financially stable, and independent. All data is take from widely respected case studies. Salary is based on experience, education, and years with company. Executive have over 20 plus years with the company. Salaries are compensation committee and board approved. Schedule J, Part I, Line 5 Per our company board and compensation committee approved bonus policy, if additional revenue if available, bonus can be paid per IRS guidelines to Key Employees. This is only for additional revenue, if revenue exceed all annual ongoing expenses, and as a policy, we never increase our prices. Bonus can be paid if prices do not increase, and they never do. Also, back pay owed to executives can be paid only if additional revenue is available. Additional revenue can also be used to pay out vacation time, if available for employees who do not chose to use it all.
