As a 501(c)3 organization who self-files and does not utilize a paid preparer, we were unaware of the changes in requirements to file electronically with the 2020 tax year return. We are now aware and going forward will file electronically each year. We kindly request that you do not charge KWO any penalties related to this late filing, as this is the first time we have made this mistake and we have made arrangements to file electronically every year moving forward and not allow this to happen again.
