All employees are employed by Citizens for Responsible Energy Solutions, Inc. (CRES), an unrelated organization exempt under section 501(c)(4). The cost of salaries and fringe benefits are allocated under the terms of a cost-sharing agreement based on the level of effort. CRES Forum reimburses CRES for its share of these expenses.
