The Board members will then decide on the appropriate action.If a conflict is disclosed by an associate, the Corporate Compliance Officer and the associates immediate supervisor will review the information and determine if there is a conflict. If it is determined there is a conflict, steps will be taken which include which include discontinuation of the arrangement and/or termination of employment. Form 990, Part VI, Line 15a: Compensation Review & Approval Process - CEO, Top Management The compensation of the CEO is reviewed annually by the Board of Directors based on performance evaluation by the Executive Committee and comparison to competitive salary data. The compensation of other officers / key employees is reviewed annually by management of the United Methodist Homes of New Jersey and compared to competitive salary data.
