The scope of these services included donor partner development, organization development, and program development. A total of $117,836 was paid to Hope Communications LLC during fiscal year 2021 with $67,960 allocated to the management role of Executive Director, Stephen Hoffman. Because the LLC meets the definition of a disqualified person, the expense has been reported on Form 990, Part IX, line 6 rather than on line 11a.
