To make the greatest impact possible, we consider proposals that meet the following criteria: 1) Use exercise and/or movement before, during, or after school to activate children's brains to improve scholastic performance. 2) Have articulated measurable outcomes consistent with our focus areas. While we prioritize applications from schools and teachers that meet the above criteria, consideration will also be given to other proposals whose outcomes are measured by an increase in positive attitude, focus, and confidence. Grant requests are considered by a panel of judges based on the above criteria. The grant monies are to be used exclusively for the purpose stated in the proposal, and recipients must be willing to schedule site visits with RunningBrooke representatives.
