The Organizations management has evaluated its tax positions and related income tax contingencies. Management does not believe that any material uncertain tax positions exist. All Board members approve prior to filing. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c The Board recruitment committee reviews the conflict of interest policies with new board members and all members sign a conflict of interest policy statement at that time.
