Day52 created community based learning centers and implemented community based services which were staff by staff identified and hired by the Tabernacle. Although Calvin Sweeney is the founder of Day52 and Pastor of Tabernacle he did not receive any compensation or any other financial benefit for this collaboration. The highest compensated individual was the Hub Director which is funded by the United Way and Toledo Public Schools of $43,000. The second highest amount was paid to a unrelated program manager. A monthly meeting is held in which compliance concerns are addressed; any situation that may cause risk to the organization are immediately brought to the attention of board members.
