Board Members represent a specific skill set and background that is critical to the success and vision of Baal Dan and no Board Member has ever been compensated in any form. All board members represent a specific skill set and background that is critical to the organization's operations. To date no board members has been compensated. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b Form 990 and related schedules were provided to all Board Members in electronic format. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c All governing documents and conflict of interest policies are made available to the public upon request via email. Monitoring internally is done via electronic confirmation of conflicts on an annual basis. Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19 All governing documents and conflicts of interest policies are made public upon request including all Form 990's and supplemental schedules. We filed an extension for 2020 and then filed a paper return in July; we respectfully acknowledge our error in not realizing that post July 1, 2020 all returns had to be filed electronically. This electronic filing is being completed to fix this error and in response to the the IRS letter dated May 20, 2022. We have already filed our FY 2021 return electronically on March 5, 2022. We respectfully request waiver of any penalty and interest as we have historically been an on-time filer and have promptly corrected our filings to be in proper format. Additionally, we operate on a volunteer basis but have added another professional review with our Board to adhere to applicable laws and requests from IRS and other agencies.
