Alumni point to the pride and confidence gained during their Birthright experience that give them a sense of belonging to fulfill their educational and career aspirations, even when they may be the only black person or BIPOC in the room. Last years programming engaged Alumni to learn insights on The Art of Authentic Networking and how to bring their authentic self to the process and access to opportunities throughout their career and lives.
