The sole shareholder of INCO Holding is the Organization's President, Nicolas Hazard. The agreement allows the Organization to operate under the INCO brand for a 2-year period, after which it automaticfor additional 2-year periods, at most, 4 consecutive times, unless either party terminates the agreement at least three months prior to the end of the 3-year periods.
