This review includes a Parent Financial Statement as well as Form 1040 and Schedules plus w-2. The School used the FACTS Management's methodology to determine need. The Director of Finance is the support staff to the committee as well as the conduit for all correspondence to and from the committee. The Board President or other officer will contact any Board member directly, if they believe the member has a potential conflict of interests.
