Member election for additional members Part VI line 7a Every other even year, the members shall elect one more or one less than half, alternately, of the directors of the board of directors. Each membership shall be entitled to one vote in each matter submitted to vote at a meeting of members. The secretary or designated agent shall count the votes and announce the results to the directors no later than one week prior to the annual meeting. In the case of a tie, the secretary shall determine the winner. Officers -- annually, the board elects the officers of the corporation president, vice president, secretary, and treasurer.
