We admitted two cohorts to the program, serving nine women and their respective businesses.- We provided 170 hours of 1:1 TA to 40 women.- Fellowship: Celia Alvarez finished her Fellowship term. Her cooperative, De Colores Cooperative Consulting, more than doubled their income during the Fellowship. Jenny Conejo y Martha Franco were admitted to the 2-year fellowship in 2022 and continued advancing their projects.- We contracted with 19 bilingual and bicultural consultants to support our Crece, Acompaa and Fellowship participants with workshops and individual TA.- Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL): We continued to build out a unified system for MEAL. Thanks to this work, in 2022 we registered, tracked, and evaluated all of our programs using FormAssembly and Salesforce.- During 2022 we held two major community events: "Poder femenino: Enamrate de ti." event with speaker Adriana Macias.
