The Executive Committee will perform the evaluation of the Executive Director and the Executive Director will complete evaluation of their LRAC staff. The Executive Director is responsible to the LRAC Chair on a daily basis. This process includes evalution of the Executive Director by the Directors of Minnesota State Arts Board of Minnesota Citizens for the Arts and the Chair of the Forum Regional Arts Council and the Executive Committee of the Lake Region Arts Council. Other staff are evaluated by the Executive Director and employee themselves. All staff compensation decisions taken into consideration the state wide rate of compensation for similar positions. The Lake Region Arts Council Boards annual decision about staff compensation is documented in the meeting minutes.
