The staples of our weekly programs such as Total Training, Yoga, Meditation, Urban Pole Walking, Tai Chi, Indoor Cycling, were joined by Kinstretch and Recovery Beyond. Bike Club and Hike Yoga are two ways we get survivors and caregivers out into nature to enjoy all of the available benefits. Our weekly Cancer Education Series and Cooking Nutrition classes continued to be recorded and available by podcast, or on the Above Beyond Cancer YouTube channel. Above Beyond Cancer continues to provide hotel rooms to cancer patients in need who travel for more than 50 miles for their treatment.
